My stylist has been doing my hair now for at least 7 years and understands how I like my hair to look. She is good at advising on when to have my hair re-permed and the products I require to keep my hair in the best condition. The salon is clean and comfortable

I phoned ahead once on my way as my car wouldn't start so was going to be 5mins late; I was advised that would be fine but any longer and it may have to be a wet cut which was fair enough to avoid the next client waiting - we all appreciate appointments being on time. In the event I had the full cut and blow dry and if Helen was rushing I never was made to feel that and I feel the cut was completed with as much care and precision as always. The salon was as spacious and clean as usual and the only reason I haven't given it full marks is the fact it does feel slightly devoid of stylists and clients rather than a bustling popular place to go.

I had a permanent wave today and now my hair looks feels great. My stylist knows my hair really well and I trust her completely. The salon environment is relaxed and the time there is a pleasant experience.

A clean, spacious environment where I was greeted warmly by my stylist Helen. Conversation flowed which put me at ease and a drink offered as always. A treat to visit.

Pretty much got exactly what i asked for. I left feeling very happy with how my hair turned out and my hairdresser was lovely.
