My first haircut with Debbie before the salon was opened, was done at her home. Although the salon has grown in appeal over the years, the basic welcome, care and concern, fun, interest in developing a genuine inclusive relationship with customers, have held firm. There is a whole range of skills on offer. Many of my friends love Zeitgeist for all these reasons. It's an experience, I feel good all round and of course, the haircuts are beautiful. Sometimes appointments take longer than expected. I regard that as a bonus, but if you need to be somewhere else at a certain time, you need to tell the hairdresser.

This was my second visit to Debbie at Zeitgeist. She took infinite care in cutting my hair and I feel that it has been done to the highest standards. I also feel that the customer service in the salon is second to none. The visit was an excellent experience and the first time in my life that I've been to a hair stylist on a Sunday morning! Well done!

I had my hair coloured and cut this week and am extremely pleased with the outcome of both. Every time I visit Zeitgeist I have a positive experience. The colourists and stylists are really friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and I trust their professional judgment, particularly if I fancy a change of style. I always receive a consistently high quality service.
