I have been a client at Onyx for several years and all staff members are friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and always have lots of advice to offer/ suggest. On this visit, I was having shellac but was asked how I liked the hair colour I had done there just a few days earlier. The stylist had done exactly what I asked for so I was not complaining in anyway but I really didn’t like it😔Straightaway she offered to add a few extra hilights whilst I was having my nails done. I am now really pleased with my hair colour and they would not accept any payment for the change either. I was equally happy with my nails. This is just another example of how the girls at Onyx always go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy with the treatments received. I definitely recommend this salon and wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊
